Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as CM Module Admin
2.initiate PCR form
3.enter data in mandatory fields
4.navigate to subform
5.select responsible person and target date
6.click on submit to button
7.login as responsible person and complete the action item
8.navigate to Batch Manager
9.observe mails
