1.Login to Ewqims http://192.168.100.249/EwQIMS1
2.Go to Problem solver module
3.Click to Actions→Intial evaluation- completed
4.Click on a concern sign off track project and change status as closed and submit
5.Click on Actions→closed/rejected concern
6.Click on a concern change status as reopen and submit
7.Click to Actions→Intial evaluation- completed
8.Click on a concern change status as closed and submit
9.Click on a concern
10.Click on track project
11.Observe result : Track project is active able to modify details
12.Click on View forms 8D
13.Click on form links 5whys , Is-IS not , possible cause
14.Right click on the form
15.Observe result : Add/ delete options are active in the above forms , while 8d and 5w2h forms only has "print" option
