Menu access for module admin- Suggesting to show Projects menu when module admin rights is given to a user

1. LOgin as suite admin
2. Provide APQP module admin rights to a user
3. Login as the user
4. Check for the menus
5. Provide group rights for the menu access
6. Check for the main menu

Description

Suggesting to show Projects menu when module admin rights is given to a user. Now after giving group rights only the user is able to access projects menu.
