Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to the platform as Project manager
2. Select a project with documents
3. Enable the business rule for project automatic completion.
4. Login as resource and attach output documents
5. Login back as Project Manager
6. select Project and Click on Bulk approval icon
7. Approve all documents
8. CHeck for the project completion
