Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login Docpro
2.Login as User with Request right to Folder A
3.Goto Documents TOC and select the Folder A
4.Right Click on any document number and click Change request
5.The User with request right should not be able to view the Attach document field & Online document
6.Here the User with request right is able to continue change request by adding online document and its getting published
