Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login Docpro
2.Login as Admin goto Folder management and set revision number as 'User defined'
3.Login as user goto New document request and upload document with revision number as 'U' or anyother letter
4.After publishing goto TOC and goto Revision history summary
5.Click on DCN information and open
6.Not opening , shows blank screen

- DCN is not opening in Revision history summary for Revision number with double letters (eg. A U)
