Steps To Reproduce:
1. login to the application as admin user
2. Navingate to APQP or supplier module
3. Go to Business rule
4. Enable the wrap text business rule
5. Go to project Gantt page from listing screen
6. Type long txt in the gantt page
7. Check for the behavior

2. Frozen column headers getting collapsed on giving long text in column header section

As per dev team Tool Limitations are there to achieve this functionality completely in the Gantt page
