closedSQE user not able to view change request from status page

1.login as supplier user
2.initiate change request
3.submit the change request for review
4.login as SQE user
5.navigate to change request status page
6.observe change request
Description
once change request initiated by supplier user and then SQE of the change request user is not able to view change request from status page ( change management status page).
