Steps To Reproduce:

1. log in as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
3. Click on Process VDA and select Failure Analysis
4. Select a Production Item
5. Right click on Failure
6. Add new cause
7. Right-click on the cause and select Risk
8. Risk: Cause window will open
9. Enter the Preventive/Detective control
10. Press Enter and observe the result

Description

Process VDA: Adding risk for the first time is not accepted. Reload the page then adding the risk is accepted.
