Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login to EwQIMS
2. Navigate to Supplier management module
3. Click on Setup→ Supplier
4. Enter the supplier detail(supplier code or
    name or status) in search
5. Click on the Supplier Name
6. Edit the supplier code
7. Click "Save" button
