1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Click on Trainings-->Competency setup-->Competency Evaluation
3.Click on Select Participants and add user
4.Click on Create Actions/Training Request button
5.Click on Action icon and Add due date, and Action description and save button
6.login to user
7.Click on Trainings-->Activities-->Actions
8.Click on ok and select date
9.Attach the certification from browsing
10.Select status as completed
11.Click on save button
12.Click on Trainings-->Competency setup-->Certification details
13.user should able to view the certification attached from action page
