openDesign VDA - Functional/Failure Analysis - De-selection is not working as expected.(Refer Description)

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on the Design VDA menu
5. Select Functional/Failure Analysis and and do Flowdown/Flowup for two or more requirements.
6. Now remove one set of Fnctionand Requirement and only requirement from the other set
7. Click on done button and observe the result
Description
When there is multiple flowdown/flowup, de-selecting one set of function and requirement and only requirement on the other set, system does not remove the requirement.

This bud occur because of wrong flow down and flow up skip level. Complex functionality need Mark support to resolve this

The issue occurs in RFD and FST also.
1. Deselected the added Flowdown in the VOC but in the Requirement Flowdown popup and Requirements tree, it's showing as selected.
