1.Click on TPM menu
2.Click on Activities
3.Click on Breakdown Request
4.Report a Breakdown
5.Observe the Received Email whether it is sent to the Deleted User

Description
Scenario:
1.Create 2 Users - User A and User B
2.Give Module Rights, Suite, Site Rights and TPM Groups Rights
3.Delete the User A
4.Login as User B and Report a Breakdown Work Order
5.Observe the mail received.
6.Issue is Mail is sending to the Deleted "User A"
