1. Log in to Design VDA.
2. Select the Failure Analysis.
3. Add an effect.
4. Add a Requirement Flow-up in Diagrammatic.

Description

Failure analysis issues (Refer to Description)
1. The severity rating dropdown is showing in the Add Design Effect popup.(img 8)
2. The right-click context menu is not appearing for the Effect to add the severity rating in the diagrammatic view.
4. Added multiple flow-up branches and added multiple Effects some branches are overlapping. (img 6)

5. Diagrammatic view - Right-clicked on the branch and tried to do a Flow up Requirement without a failure, able to add. (img 7)
