Steps To Reproduce:

1)login to module as admin
2)create a layer
3)click on LPA Schedule
4)create schedule and publish for approval
5)Notification email to approver is not generating and even not able to view the email in Batch manager.

Description

In LPA when LPA schedule is sent to approval of approvers the approver email notification is not generating for approvers.
note :even after LPA schedule document is rejected by approver scheduler is not getting notification that LPA schedule document is rejected.
*even after approve scheduler is not getting notified.
*Audit report document send to approvers the email is not generating to approvers.
