Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open the Problem Solver App
2.Omnex system screen will opens
3.Enter the http://Saas.omnex.in:2010/problemsolverapi/ in API URL text box
4.Register button will enable
5.Click on the Register button
6.Login page should be displayed
7.Enter the username and password which is credential of website
8.Login button will enable
9.Click on the login button
10.Click on the right corner + icon
11.Enter all the mandatory fields
12.Click on save button
13.Click on Draft button
14.Submit the concern without customer field which is non mandatory, it should submit, but it is submitting only when customer field is selected
