Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to Problem solver module
3.Click on Incidents→Actions→New concerns
4.Click on new
5.Enter and select all the mandatory fields
6.Do not select the disposition element
7.Click on submit button
8.Observe result
