Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as PM
2. In Project listing page, click on Import Project Charter from MS Excel
3. Click on Sample Template and download it
4. Fill up the details like Name, Site, Pillar, Sch. Start Date and Sch. Finish Date and Save the excel.
5. Try to upload the same excel sheet and see the behavior.

Description

In sample template, Date field's format changed as Text instead of Date. If date is given, showing Error while importing.
