Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as Multi site PM
2.MDR enable for any pillar inside Business rule.
3.Open any project where logged in person is PM
4.Attach input document for any deliverable.
5.Try to click on Review enable option but showing NA instead of Review setting icon.
