Steps To Reproduce:
1. Login as module admin
2. click on setup
3. Click on suit setup
4. click on docpro setup
5. select document management
6. right click on level
7. click the Print Log

Description
1. Search by username is not working in Print log
2. Print icon is not working in revision history summary from TOC, so not listing new data in print log.
