1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on Incidents→Actions→New concerns
4.Click on new
5.Select category , sub category and problem classification
6.Fill all mandatory fields
6.Click on submit
7.New Concern created & Initial Evaluation-Pending mail should generating but it is not generating
