Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login As PM
2.Assign any task with route and input document
3.Login as Resource
4.Attach output from My deliverable list, it will go for approval
5.Login as Approver and Approve/Reject the output document with comments
6.Login as Resource, go to Deliverable Info page
7.Comments given by Approver is not showing under Comments section. It is showing only the comment which is given by Resource while attaching output document.
