1.Enter URL
2.Login as Suite Administrator
3.Select Escalation Settings
4.Select Escalation Route
5.Select any existing Route
6.Delete the existing Remainder
7.Click on Edit Icon
8.Observe the Result

Description

Escalation Route - After deleting a Remainder, when clicking on the edit icon on Remainder Settings, displays a Server Error.
Dialog window opens again and again for each click.
