Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to app
2.Click on task from pending task
3.Click on attachment button
4.Screen without task name, input attachment will display
5.Click on back(top side deliverable info < button, and then <Back button)
6.Task name in Pending task list showing without task name

Description

Task name got vanished when going from pending task. Click on task from pending task, click on upload button, screen without task name and input attachment will display. Now click on back (top side deliverable info < button, <Back button. Now task name will disappear from Pending task list!! (video attached)
