1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to Problem solver module
3.Click on Incidents→Reports→Concern Data
4.Select the Concern Reported From and Concern Reported to Dates
5.Click on Category dropdown
6.Select the categories
7.Click on Sub Category dropdown
8.Select the sub categories
9.Click on the Concern Status dropdown
10.Select the concern status
11.Click on View Report
12.ser should able to view the concern data report but it displays all the project checklist updated date for each deliverables
