Known Issue

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to Problem solver module
3.Click on Incidents→Actions→New concern
4.Click on new
5.Select category ,sub category and problem classification in concern form
6.Use more than 4 digit of numerics in concern title
7.Similar concern exist window is displayed but it is reflecting Irrelevant concerns listing in the popup
