Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as PM
2. In Project listing page, click on Import Project Charter from MS Excel
3. Upload excel sheet with minimum 2 project details
4. After uploading excel sheet, project charter will be displayed in listing page with 'Draft' status.
5. Check the dates given in excel sheet and projects with Draft status.

While doing Import excel charter, all the project charters are created with last project's dates given in the excel sheet.
