openAttachments Issues in TPM

Steps To Reproduce:
1.Go to TPM Setup
2.Click on Equipment menu
3.Select an Equipment and click on Upload button
4.Click on Add Files
5.Choose a File and click on Start button
1.GO to Doc Pro
2.Click on Documents menu
3.Open Inspection Control Folder
4.Some of the Attachments from Equipment was published here.

Description
1.Attachments from Equipments menu are published in Aqua Pro and Inspection Control
2.Attachments are not publishing in TPM Module folder
3.Some of the Attachments are not publishing or cant find where it is published.
