Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on Incidents→Actions→New Concern
4.Click on New
5.Select the Category and Sub Category
6.User should able to view the parts element
7.Click on the parts hyperlink
8.User should able to view the all parts list in new concern page and concern initial evaluation
