closedTab key not responding when I add Failure, WEF, Cause, Effect, and Structure analysis 4M in pop-up window in Process VDA

1.Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2.Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3.Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4.Click on Process VDA and select Structure Analysis
5.Click on the Create FourM icon on the Operation
6.FourM window will be opened->add name in operation field and press tab key
7. select created FourM and click on Done Button
Description
In Process VDA - I'm trying to add (Structural Analysis) FourM, Failure Analysis- Work Element Function, Cause, Effect, and Failure in pop-up window; however when I enter the data in required text filed and then press Tab, the data is not placed in the table. (Refer Screenshot 1,2,3,4 & 5)
