1.Goto EWQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module with Social Media Layout
4.Select Main Menu Outside or else Click on more options from the Quick Links and Select the Receiving Inspection/Production TrackingSheet Menu
5.Now Select any of the Inspection Entry and Fill all the Mandatory Fields
6.Now Click on Receiving Inspection near the Home Button which was shown in Attached ScreenShots
7.Observe the Results
Observation: By Clicking on the Receiving Inspection near the Home Button the JS Error was Occurring for both the Receiving Inspection/Production TrackingSheet Menu

Notes:
1.For Production Tracking Sheet, after Clicking on "No" in "JS Error" and again Clicking on the Operation it showing as "404 - File or directory not found."
2.For Receiving Inspection, it was showing "Blank" after Clicking on "No" and again Clicking on the Inspection Entry
