Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login into Ewqims
2.Navigate the Docpro module
3.click on setup
4.click on customize Email messages
5.Enable the "Notify administrator new document creation"
6.publish the new document
7.receive the mail by inbox

when we trigger the mail with New document creation, new document draft, draft viewers, change request, on that time mail is received without DCN link
