PI creation and Deletion - Unable to create multiple PI at a time. Also Searched PI is not able to delete.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log in to the VDA module

2.Select Design VDA and open any menu

3.Right click on Global PI and select Create Production Item option

4.Add a PI name and click on + icon and enter another PI name

5.Click on create button and observe the created PI

6.Now search a PI name and right click on it.

7.Selecte delete option and observe the PI
