Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login as admin
2.Expand Activities tab
3.Click on Meetings link
4.Click on any existing meeting hyperlink
5.Click on New button under Action plan tab
6.Enter the data on all mandatory fields
7.Select the data from action category list
8.Click on save button
9.Check the result on action category field

Description
Meetings -> Action Plan Tab -> The assigned Action Category is not displayed after saving the action information.
Ex:1 The user Saved with "Not Applicable". But the system displayed as "Planning"
Ex:2 The user Saved with "Implementation and Result". But the system displayed as "Standardization"
