1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on Actions→New concern
4.Click on Add button
5.Enter the all the mandatory fields
6.Click on Submit button
7.Click on Actions→Concern Initial Evaluation
8.Click on Concern Title
7.Enter the all the mandatory fields
8.Click on Submit button
9.Click on Actions→Initial Problem Solving
10.Click on Concern Title
11.Click on Email icon in initial problem solving page
12.Mail should get generating to Supplier, but mail is not receiving
