Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as PM
2. Create new project
3. Publish charter
4. After attaching details in plan, publish to DocPro
5. Click on Documents > Documents
6. Select project folder and click on Charter view
7. Showing 404 error
8. Select Plan document folder and click on plan view
9. Showing 404 error

Description

Issue with HTML documents such as charter, plan etc. HTML documents which are given as input/output also shows error
