If user clicks on New/Delete in priority page, the function is not working

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on setup→incidents setup→Priorities
4.Click on New/Delete
5.Both the function is not working

Description

If user clicks New/Delete, new popup/delete popup is not opening, can't able to create new or delete the priority
