Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on Design VDA and select Failure Analysis
5. Add a set of Risk and Optimization data
6. Now right click on Risk data and select Edit option
7. Observe the popup
8. Now right click on Optimization data and edit it
9. Observe the blank popup

Description

1.Edit Optimization shows only blank popup

2.When there is multiple Preventive control data and editing the second Preventive control, system loads the first set of data only.

3.When there is multiple Detective control is added, from then on editing any set of data, system does not display the Prevention control or the detection control. Also displays an alert message "Please enter Preventive control"

4.When editing the Risk added for one Cause, it is displaying the Risk data of last added Risk of another Cause.
