Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD module
2. Click on Actions
3. Select the Requirements reviewed
4. Click on Tag name

Description

Action(s) - Requirements Reviewed
1. If the Tag name is same for multiple requirements not able to view the reviewed VOC by clicking on the Tag name.
2. The maximize and close icons are overlapped in the popup which appears after clicking on the tag name.
3. When closing the Tag name (VOC) popup, it automatically jumps from the Requirements Reviewed tab to the Pending Requirements Reviewed tab.
