Steps To Reproduce:

1.Goto EwQIMS
2.Login as IC Module User
3.Navigate to IC Module
4.Goto Actions Tab and Click on Production TrackingSheet Menu
5.Select any of the Inspection Entry and then Reject the Sample
6.Below the Reaction Plan Select the Defect Category and View the Dropdown List
7.Observe the Results

Observation: Newly Created Concern in Problem Solver is not Listing in the Dropdown List other than the Existing List in the Reaction Plan Tables in IC Module
