1.Login to Ewqims
2.GO to Documents
3.Select the level where it has all combination of pdf templates mapped
4.Check the reported combination of documents in flash view and print pdf view

Description

Letter,portrait:
1.Flash view→First page of cover page has some L shaped cut
2.Flash view→Header and footer are hiding
3.Print pdf:Some of the details are cut in revision history table
4.Print pdf:Second and third page of cover page are landscape

Letter,Landscape:
1.Flash view→Header and footer are hiding

A4,portrait:
1.Flash view→First page of cover page has some L shaped cut
2.Flash view→Header and footer are hiding
3.Print PDF→First line of text in cover page is missing
