Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA module

2. Select Design VDA and open Block Diagram menu

3.Click on Add/Remove Elements popup

4.Add same child for two different parent element

5.Now add a new element for the lower element and observe the Parent element

Description

1. When there is a same child element for two different parents, creating a component for the below element is creating the component for upper element.

2. First time it is duplicating the component. From second time, it is creating only one time.
