Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Aqua-pro.
2.Select Aqua-pro menu ->click main.
3.Select a any production item.
4.At the top left side corner Sppc tab ->click Sppc tab
5.Right click new Sppc PI in sppc segment
6.Select Design document tab at the bottom right left corner.
6.Select Sppc ts ->Sppc ts form open in new tab.
7.Right click ->Add row .
8.Observe result.
