1.Login to EwQIMS
2.GO to Inspections
3.GO to Receiving/Final Inspection
4.Enable "Allow create same lot number for each user" in business rule
5.Create a lot and use same lot number

Description
When allow to create same lot number is enabled in business rule, other user should able to use same lot number while creating a lot. Even when enabled in business rule other user couldn't use same lot number only existing data is displaying. For both enable and disable same functionality is happening.
