Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to Ewqims
2.Go to Doc pro
3.Click on Document management
4.Select the level
5.Right click from the level and select change history
6.Click on the terminated link where the document is terminated by requester/admin
7.Check the terminated date and time in approver list
