Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log in as RFD module administrator

2.Select any menu and right click on any existing PI without selecting it.

3.Select Import option and do import

4.Observe the PI tree

5.Now select VDA module and right click on any PI

6.Select Create Production Item option and create new PI

7.Observe the result
