In Auditee response to the nc Screen the following fields to be filled with the data in it like "Select"

1)Log in to the module as auditee
2)pick the respective NC
3)observe the screen
Note: the same is reflecting in All the approaches

Description

In Auditee response to the nc Screen the following fields to be filled with the data in it like "Select"
in Team the dropdown should be specified as "Select"
in Clause and sub clause should be specify as "Select cause or select sub cause"

when team is selected it gives the data but for cause and sub cause space is not feasible.
