In LPA Schedule After creating schedule when clicked on "Not Confirm" the Alert message comment field displays consistantly

Steps To Reproduce:

1)Log in to the module as Scheduler
2)click on LPA schedule
3)create schedule based on mode selection
4)click on "Not confirm" in status Field when the status is in "Tentative".
5)observe the alert message on the screen when clicked on not confirm.

Description

In LPA Schedule After creating schedule when clicked on "Not Confirm" the Alert message comment field displays consistently with slide bars and comment filed is not good.

Note: Comment field should be placed Consistently and labels "Yes" and "No" need colour to the labels as
For "Yes" need green colour.
For "No" need Red Colour.
