Steps To Reproduce:

1)Log in to the module as scheduler
2)create a daily mode schedule
3)click on LPA schedule in administrator tab
4)click LPA schedule
5)create a schedule for the next full year
6)observe the screen the schedule is not getting created for the month which is 31 days

Description

In LPA when daily audit is schedule for 2018 based on the month and days the schedule will be created but the schedule is not creating based on the calendar. if the month is having 30 days in 2018 the schedule is creating for 31 days for the same month.
