Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as FST module administrator.

2.Click on Main and select any PI

3.Select FSR menu and do add ASIL option observe the result

4.Add Multiple rows of FSR Function and Requirement and refresh the page

5.Observe the data

Description

FSR Function/Requirement added in FSR master table is removed after refresh.
